ENTREVISTAMOS AL MANAGER DE BREISGAUBRASILIANER (ALEMANIA)

Feliz año 2016 para todos! Tras estas fiestas navideñas y de fin de año retomamos el ciclo de presentación de entrevistas a colegas.

Para esta semana tenemos el gran placer de contar, en nuestra opinión, con uno de uno de los referentes de los banquillos TM a nivel mundial.

En esta ocasión les propongo una interesante lectura a la entrevista realizada a nuestro compañero Volker Finke del Breisgaubrasilianer que milita exitosamente en la división de honor alemana, manteniéndose en los puestos de vanguardia.

Cuando hablas con Volker te das cuenta de lo mucho que disfruta con el fútbol Trophy Manager. Es un entrenador con un patrón de juego definido: amante de una buena defensa, mucha posesión de balón y presión en toda la cancha, se podría decir un táctico que gusta de los equipos armados de atrás hacia delante. Ideas y conceptos que intenta transmitir a sus jugadores en cada entrenamiento.

Volker destaca, no sólo por sus cualidades técnicas, sino también por su forma de ser y su seriedad. Cuando él está al borde de la raya de cal todos sus dirigidos perciben su figura, promueve la solidez defensiva, la concentración durante el juego y sobre todo la unidad de un equipo que siempre rema la misma meta.

Es imperativo agradecer de antemano a Volker, ya que de inmediato le propuse realizarle un reportaje no lo dudó y aceptó gustoso hacerlo. Doble reconocimiento para nuestro colega y una gran satisfacción para mí, puesto que debíamos romper la barrera idiomática, desafío que nos llevó un esfuerzo pero que nos ha gratificado con el resultado logrado (una primera, interesante y valiosa entrevista bilingüe).

Tendrán a continuación una batería de preguntas y respuestas, con el fin de conocer un poco mejor a un apasionado, trabajador y triunfador entrenador. Espero que les guste tanto como a mí la participación de Volker. 

OdePTPFC:

Hola VOLKER  ¿Cómo va todo por allí? Es un privilegio para nosotros poder conversar contigo.

Respuesta del entrevistado: Hola, soy de Friburgo que es una ciudad pequeña y agradable de la región más cálida de Alemania y realmente me gusta vivir aquí. Y es un privilegio demasiado para mí, poder hablar contigo. 

OdePTPFC: Ahora sí colega ¿te encuentras listo para que comencemos a dispararte las preguntas? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Sí, vamos a empezar. 🙂

VOLKER, el Manager 

OdePTPFC: Colega, cualquiera sea la modalidad ¿tienes antecedentes de haber participado en otros juegos de fútbol virtual?, en caso afirmativo ¿cuáles en cuales incursionaste? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Jugué Hattrick desde hace algunos años y lo hizo muy divertido. 

OdePTPFC: ¿Cómo fue tu desembarco en Trophy Manager?, ¿lo encontraste por casualidad, fuiste invitado? o ¿quién tuvo la culpa, jeje? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Yo buscaba un juego mejor que Hattrick y encontró TM. 

OdePTPFC: Y dinos ¿cuál fue tu opinión sobre TM cuando lo descubriste? y ¿qué fue lo que te llevó a tomar la decisión de unirte como manager al universo TM? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: TM fue uno de los primeros juegos que he encontrado mientras buscaba un nuevo juego y pensé que podría ser más interesante que Hattrick, porque dio ligas más grandes y más oportunidades para el manager de llevar el club a un alto nivel. 

OdePTPFC: Dicen que las comparaciones son odiosas pero teniendo en cuenta tus experiencias en otros juegos de fútbol virtual ¿cuál es tu valoración comparativa entre TM y ‘los otros’? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Sólo puedo comparar TM con Hattrick. Las diferencias eran las ligas mayores, por lo que no es tanto de suerte encontrar el ranking en el final de una temporada; la formación de los jugadores se hizo más divertida; había más partidos de liga en la semana y una buena oportunidad para subir a la parte superior de la liga sin comercio. 

OdePTPFC: Leyendo tu historial, veo que falta poco para que cumplas ocho años desde la fundación del club en TM. Después de tanto tiempo aún continúas en juego ¿te has aburrido alguna vez y has pensado en dejarlo? ¿qué es lo que te anima a seguir con esa pasión? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: De vez en cuando es aburrido, pero he pasado tanto tiempo en el juego y tengo un montón de objetivos, que me quede aquí y no voy a renunciar. 

OdePTPFC: ¿Cuáles son los pros y las contras de ser entrenador de fútbol en TM? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Es un gran juego en el que podía trabajar duro en una estrategia de largo plazo. Pero al fin los administradores realizaron muchos cambios, para que sea más fácil el inicio para el nuevo manager. Así  también los grandes clubes pueden conseguir más logros y más problemas. 

OdePTPFC: ¿Tienes algún DT o Club de TM en cualquier categoría alemana o internacional que admires o con quien te sientas identificado? ¿Y en el fútbol no virtual? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: TM tiene un montón de buenos clubes y he aprendido mucho observando a alguien, pero no me siento identificado con alguno en particular, sólo con mi propio club. 🙂 En realidad me gusta el SC Friburgo, el club de la ciudad en que vivo. Es un club que hace un gran trabajo sin mucho dinero. 

OdePTPFC: Hablamos de quien admiras en tu puesto, con quienes te sientes identificado… pero, en algún momento viste algo en otro/s entrenador/es, sin dar nombres, que no te guste y pienses…»yo nunca haría esto»? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Vi y veo un montón de managers cuyos planes eran de corto plazo y gastaron su dinero en las ligas menores y nunca pudieron encontrar el camino a la cima de la liga. Esto nunca lo he hecho y no voy a hacerlo en el futuro.

BREISGAUBRASILIANER, el Club 

OdePTPFC: VOLKER, ya sabemos un poco más sobre tu historial de manager, ahora vamos a ver tu club… y para empezar cuéntanos el significado o él porque bautizaste así al BREISGAUBRASILIANER. 

Respuesta del entrevistado: El nombre de la región alrededor de Friburgo se Brisgovia llama y durante la década de 2000 al SC Friburgo le llamaban Breisgaubrasilianer, porque el fútbol jugado era de un alto nivel técnico como el que practicaban los jugadores de fútbol de Brasil. 

OdePTPFC: No hay que ser un experto para entender que el BREISGAUBRASILIANER ha cumplido metas que todo manager se moriría por conseguir. En las vitrinas de la sede social exhiben los envidiables trofeos producto de: Tercero Internacional QM en 2da División (1); Campeón de Copa (1); Finalista de Copa (1); Campeón de Bundesliga (1); Segundo lugar en Bundesliga (2); Tercer lugar en Bundesliga (3); Campeón de 2da Bundesliga (1); Tercer lugar en Bundesliga (1); Segundo lugar en 3ra Liga (1); Tercer lugar en 3ra Liga (1); Campeón de Regionalliga (1); Tercer lugar en Regionalliga (1); Campeón de Oberliga (1); Campeón Local QM en Alemania de 1ª División (7); Subcampeón Local QM en Alemania de 1ª División (2); Tercero Local QM en Alemania de 1ª División (2); Campeón Local QM en Alemania de 2ª División (4); Subcampeón Local QM en Alemania de 2ª División (1) y Podios en 12 torneos y copas extra liga. Ahora ¿que competición te gustaría ganar y todavía no has levantado su copa? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Todas las competiciones internacionales. Copa de Campeones, la Copa y la UETA titulo QM internacional. 

OdePTPFC: Hemos enumerado los mayores logros que te dieron satisfacción en el juego, y ahora una pregunta obligada ¿tuviste fracasos y decepciones en el marco de los certámenes en que participó el BREISGAUBRASILIANER? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Sí, perder la semifinal de la Copa UETA en la temporada 34 fue muy difícil para nosotros. Fue una gran competencia y, al final, no obtuvo trofeo. Pero tuvimos un divertido mucho y por eso tenemos ese objetivo para el futuro. 

OdePTPFC: ¿Deportivamente en esta Temporada cómo marcha el BREISGAUBRASILIANER y hasta dónde puede llegar? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Hacemos nuestro mejor esfuerzo y al final veremos lo que trae. 

OdePTPFC: ¿Institucional cómo viene el BREISGAUBRASILIANER y hacia dónde va? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: No sé, pero hago todo por mucho éxito. 🙂

BREISGAUBRASILIANER, el Equipo 

OdePTPFC: ¿Cómo definirías tu equipo? 2 o 3 figurones descollantes y el resto del plantel término medio o un buen equipo balanceado sin jugadores tan cracks? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Creo que es un buen equipo equilibrado. Todos los jugadores tienen buenas habilidades y un alto potencial. Asimismo, el saldo de la edad es agradable, para gestionar el club de una manera continua. No es un equipo de clase mundial, pero estamos en el buen camino para proyectarnos en el futuro. Nuestra mayor grieta en este momento es la baja rutina de los jugadores más jóvenes. 

OdePTPFC: Para mejorar tu plantel ¿prefieres fichajes de jugadores de otros clubes o cultivar/cosechar canteranos o alguna otra variante? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Para mejorar el equipo necesitamos jugadores de otros clubes, porque la calidad de nuestros jugadores de la cantera no es lo suficientemente buena. Algunos de ellos podrá ser un sustituto, pero por lo general no son muchos. 

OdePTPFC: ¿Tienes un modelo y sistemas de juego determinado y preferido? En tu opinión ¿qué formaciones te resultan eficientes? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: No, siempre busco el mejor sistema para el equipo actual, luego lo reproducimos  siempre y tenemos éxito con él. En mi opinión, soy eficiente para entrenar defensa y a veces con el ataque. 

OdePTPFC: Al momento de preparar al BREISGAUBRASILIANER en la previa de una jornada de liga ¿que importancia le das al rival? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Jugamos nuestro mejor sistema y los oponentes no tienen importancia para nosotros. 

OdePTPFC: ¿Estudias y planteas una contra táctica a cada rival? o ¿te mantienes firme con tus tácticas favoritas dependiendo de los jugadores que tengas disponibles en la previa? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Jugamos nuestra táctica favorita. 

OdePTPFC: ¿Cuánto tiempo le dedicas al juego? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Estoy muy a menudo en línea, pero para gestionar el club no tarda más de cinco minutos al día.

VOLKER, en la Selección

OdePTPFC: Colega, tu curriculum deportivo indica que has sido director técnico de la selección nacional de Alemania . ¿En qué Temporada condujiste los destinos de la selección? ¿Cuáles fueron los resultados de la campaña? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Estaba NC de Alemania en la temporada 37/38 y perdí la calificación para la copa del mundo. 

OdePTPFC: Cuéntanos un poco cuales son los mejores recuerdos que te vienen a la memoria de tu paso como seleccionador. 

Respuesta del entrevistado: No hay buenos recuerdos, fue un desastre para mí. 

OdePTPFC: ¿Hubo momentos decepcionantes? Si es así, ¿te atreves a comentarlos? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Nuestros porteros no estaban en buen nivel y yo no encontré una táctica mejoradora durante el tiempo que trabajé. 

OdePTPFC: A la hora de hacer un balance de tu gestión en la selección mayor ¿que figura escrito en tu bitácora? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: En primer lugar hay que encontrar una táctica adecuada de trabajo y entonces se puede experimentar y no al revés.

VOLKER y las 10 preguntillas fair play 

OdePTPFC: VOLKER, ¿salimos por un momento de TM? ¿aceptas el desafío de responder a las 10 preguntillas fair play sobre fútbol real? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Adelante colega. 

OdePTPFC: …tienes agallas colega, jeje, aquí van: 

1. ¿De qué club eres aficionado?

Respuesta del entrevistado: SC Friburgo. 

2. ¿Eres un seguidor fanático o compensado?

Respuesta del entrevistado: Lo estoy siguiendo algunas veces. 

3. ¿Cuál es tu jugador favorito de tu club? (vale vigente o histórico)

Respuesta del entrevistado: Nils Petersen (actual), Rodolfo Esteban Cardoso (histórica) 

4. ¿Te simpatiza o sigues algún club de otro país? ¿Cuál?

Respuesta del entrevistado: FC Liverpool, porque me gusta Jürgen Klopp. 🙂

5. Un jugador vigente que te simpatice o sigas de un club extranjero.

Respuesta del entrevistado: Nadie. 

6. En tu opinión ¿cuál fue o es el mejor jugador de todos los tiempos?

Respuesta del entrevistado: No sé. 

7. ¿Qué entrenador consideras relevante o modelo? (vale vigente o histórico)

Respuesta del entrevistado: No sé, pero me gustó el trabajo de Volker Finke en Friburgo. 

8. ¿Jugaste o juegas fútbol? ¿Entretenimiento, amateur o profesional?

Respuesta del entrevistado: He jugado en la juventud y era un buen delantero. 🙂 

9. ¿En que puesto del campo de juego lo haces?

Respuesta del entrevistado: Aquello fue en la década de los 90. 

10. ¿Nivel de juego alcanzado? ¿uno más del montón, bueno, competitivo o talentoso?

Respuesta del entrevistado: Era buen, pero mi equipo jugó en una de las ligas más bajas, porque los otros jugadores en mi equipo era demasiado malos. 😉

VOLKER, en el Mundo TM 

OdePTPFC: Compañero, se terminó el recreíto volvemos a tu liga en TM, y no podemos dejar de preguntarte ¿qué opinión tienes en cuanto a la liga de Alemania, su organización, profesionalidad de los managers/entrenadores, nivel de jugadores autóctonos y demás aspectos que rodean el fútbol local en TM? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Tenemos algunos buenos managers en TM Alemania y llegaremos a ser mejores en el futuro. La liga no es tan fuerte, porque somos un país pequeño en el TM, pero tenemos 3 a 6 equipos fuertes. La organización es buena también y algunos grandes clubes y managers de otros países vienen a construir un equipo en Alemania, por lo que el futuro va a ser muy interesante. 

OdePTPFC: Seguimos en Alemania y hablemos de rivales de esos que siempre se buscar enfrentar en disputados duelos y que los aficionados no se contentan si no con vencerlos ¿cuentas con algún clásico o derbi? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Sí, en la cumbre de la clasificación cada partido es difícil y es como una tirada al aire de moneda en el momento para saber quién ganará. Pero trabajamos en ser mejor que el resto. 🙂 

OdePTPFC: VOLKER ¿Has cosechado amistades en TM de Alemania y por qué no de otros países de la comunidad? ¿Puedes mencionar a esos amigos, de que países son oriundos, cuáles son sus clubes y en que ligas militan? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Estoy en contacto con algunos managers en Alemania y con algunos de ellos me he escrito mucho, pero hay cientos de kilómetros entre nosotros, así que no nos podemos reunir para tomar una cerveza o algo más. Con los managers de otros países no tengo contacto, porque mi inglés no es lo suficiente bueno. 

OdePTPFC: Dime, y de las ligas argentinas ¿qué conoces? ¿tienes alguna opinión? ¿sigues a alguno de los equipos locales? el BREISGAUBRASILIANER ¿cuenta con clubes amigos en Argentina? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: No, no sé nada de las ligas de Argentina, lo único que sé es que Club Atlético Boca Juniors juegan allí. 

OdePTPFC: Hay muchos entrenadores en TM que comienzan un proyecto desde cero y luego si no obtienen buenos resultados se van. En tu opinión y por tu experiencia, para alentar a los entrenadores que se inician en este juego y porque no para aquellos que ya tienen algún tiempo… ¿te animas a mencionar tres consignas importantes en las estrategias que deben implementar para llevar adelante a sus equipos y conseguir grandes resultados? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Hacer que el juego te divierta, pensar en términos de durar en el juego y tener paciencia. 

OdePTPFC: Bueno compañero, hasta ahora la entrevista ha sido todo seriedad, jeje, ¿te animas a sacarle una sonrisa a nuestros colegas? ¿que anécdota que sean entretenida, graciosa, llamativa o todo junto que tenga que ver con TM que puedas contarle a los lectores? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: Vale lo intento 🙂 En la temporada 31 jugué la final de la Copa con un segundo equipo de la liga y ganamos. ¡Qué suerte, porque hemos ganado mucho en esa temporada y eso era lo más grande que podría acaecer. Pero después del partido, no se jugó el partido de vuelta de local y yo estaba confundido. ¿Fue un cambio de manager, o un fallo, o que pudo ser? Era nuestro primer trofeo de torneo grande y no sabía lo que estaba pasando. Al final, fue un error y todo estaba bien 🙂 

OdePTPFC: Para ir cerrando la entrevista, en lo personal ¿ha cambiado en algo el VOLKER del principio, cuando comenzó su carrera como entrenador, al VOLKER de hoy en día? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: He ganado mucha experiencia en el juego y sé que es muy importante. Así he desarrollado mis habilidades de manager más y más, y que voy a mejorar continuamente 😉 

OdePTPFC: Estimado VOLKER no quisiera robarte más tiempo libre, ni tampoco abusar de tu generosidad, así que dinos, ¿hay algún otro tema del que te gustaría que hablásemos? ¿algo más que quieras contarnos que no se haya dicho ya? 

Respuesta del entrevistado: No, lo he dicho todo. 🙂

Un entrenador es un poco la concatenación de las siguientes cosas: un individuo que sienta un gran entusiasmo por el fútbol, que sienta necesidad de guiar a una plantilla de jugadores para conseguir unos determinados objetivos, que sienta que tiene capacidad para capitanear y motivar a esos jugadores, que tiene que estar en constante reciclaje y aprendizaje. 

El fútbol TM ha evolucionado mucho y estar bien preparado o conocer las últimas tendencias, métodos de trabajo son fundamentales. Además la misma experiencia de entrenar hace aprender constantemente y mejorar la forma de hacer las cosas. 

Nuestro compañero Volker Finke es uno de esos entrenadores que reúne esos requisitos, que derrocha calidad y sobre todo personalidad, una realidad manifiesta y un emblema del Breisgaubrasilianer.

Happy 2016 to all! After the Christmas holidays and year-end presentation recapture the cycle of interviews with colleagues.

For this week we have the great pleasure to have, in our opinion, one of one of the leaders in the world of the bench worldwide.

On this occasion I propose an interesting reading the interview with our colleague Volker Finke of Breisgaubrasilianer that successfully plays in the division of German honor, remaining at the leading edge.

When you talk to Volker you realize how much he enjoys football Trophy Manager. OdePTPFC: Hello VOLKER How are things over there? It is a privilege for us to talk to you

Respondent’s answer: Hello, Freiburg is a nice small city in the warmest region of Germany and I like it really to live here. And it’s a privilege too for me, to talk to you. 

OdePTPFC: Now colleague are you all ready to start shooting at the questions?

Respondent’s answer: Yes, let’s start. 🙂

VOLKER, the Manager 

OdePTPFC: Dude, whatever the mode do you have a history of involvement in other football games virtual ?, if so what in which incursionaste?

Respondent’s answer: I played Hattrick for some years and it made much fun. 

OdePTPFC: How was your arrival in Trophy Manager?, you found by chance, you were invited? or who was at fault, jaja?

Respondent’s answer: I searched for a better game than Hattrick and found TM. 

OdePTPFC: And tell us what was your opinion about TM when you find out? and what was it that made you decide to join as a manager at TM universe?

Respondent’s answer: TM was one of the first games that I found while I searched a new game and I thought it could be more interesting than Hattrick, because it gave bigger leagues and more opportunities for the manager to bring the club on a high level. 

OdePTPFC: They say comparisons are odious but considering your experiences in other games virtual football what is your comparative evaluation between TM and ‘others’?

Respondent’s answer: I only can compare TM with Hattrick. The differences was the bigger leagues, so there is not so much luck to find the ranking in the end of a season, the training of the players made much fun, there were more league-matches a week and a good chance to climb to the top of the country without trading. 

OdePTPFC: Reading your history, I see little remaining before you turn eight years since the club’s foundation in TM. After all this time still continue at stake have you ever bored and you thought about quitting? What is it that inspires you to continue with that passion?

Respondent’s answer: From time to time I get boring, but I have spend so much time for the game and I have a lot of targets, that I stay here and won’t give up. 

OdePTPFC: What are the pros and cons of coaching soccer TM?

Respondent’s answer: It’s a great game where I could work hard on a longtime strategy. But at last the owners made to much changes, to make it easier for new manager. So the big clubs getting more and more problems. 

OdePTPFC: Do you have a DT or TM Club in any German or international category you admire or with whom you feel identified? And football is not virtual?

Respondent’s answer: In TM it gives a lot of good clubs and I have learned a lot by observing someone, but I’m not feel indentified with someone, only with my own club. 🙂 In reality I like the SC Freiburg, the club of the city I live in. It is a club that makes a great work without big money. 

OdePTPFC: We talked about who admire his post with whom you feel identified … but at some point saw something in another / s coach / es, without naming names, not like it and think … «I would never do this»?

Respondent’s answer: I saw and see a lot of manager whose plans was to short and them burning their money in lower leagues and will never find the way to the top of the league, that I have never done and will not do this in future.

BREISGAUBRASILIANER the Club 

OdePTPFC: VOLKER, we know a little more about your history manager, now let’s see your club … and to tell us the meaning or the start and were baptized because the BREISGAUBRASILIANER.

Respondent’s answer: The name of the region around Freiburg is called Breisgau and during the 2000s the SC Freiburg was called Breisgaubrasilianer, because the played football on a high technician level like the football-players from Brasil.

Now what competition you like to win and have not yet raised his glass?

Respondent’s answer: All international competitions. Champions Cup, UETA Cup and the international QM title. 

OdePTPFC: We have listed the major achievements that gave you satisfaction in the game, and now a must question did you have failures and disappointments in the context of the events in which participated BREISGAUBRASILIANER?

Respondent’s answer: Yes, to lose the 1/2-final of the UETA Cup in season 34 was really hard for us. It was a great competition and in the end we got no trophy. But we had a lot fun and so we have that target for future. 

OdePTPFC: Sportily this season started the BREISGAUBRASILIANER and how far you can go?

Respondent’s answer: We do our best and in the end we will see what it brings. 

OdePTPFC: Institutional how BREISGAUBRASILIANER comes and where it goes?

Respondent’s answer: I don’t know, but we do all for a lot of success. 🙂

BREISGAUBRASILIANER, Team 

OdePTPFC: How would you describe your team? 2 or 3 decollates figureheads and the rest of the squad average or a good balanced team without players as cracks?

Respondent’s answer: I think it’s a good balanced team. All players have good skills and a high potential. Also the age balance is nice, to manage the club in a continuous way. It’s not a world-class team, but we are on a good way to be this in future. Our biggest crack at the moment is the low routine of the younger players. 

OdePTPFC: To improve your squad Choose signings of players from other clubs or cultivating / harvesting homegrown or some other variant?

Respondent’s answer: To improve the squad we need players from other clubs, because the quality of our homegrown players isn’t good enough. Some of them will be a substitute, but usually not more. 

OdePTPFC: Do you have a specific model and systems and favorite game? In your opinion, what training you are efficient?

Respondent’s answer: No, I search the best system for the current team and then I play it so long we have success with it. In my opinion, I’m efficient to train defender and sometimes forwards. 

OdePTPFC: At the time of preparing the pre BREISGAUBRASILIANER in a league match what importance do you give the opponent?

Respondent’s answer: We play our best system and the opponents have no importance for us. 

OdePTPFC: Do you study and pose tactics against each opponent? Or do you stand firm with your favorite tactics depending on the players you have available in the previous?

Respondent’s answer: We play our favorite tactic. 

OdePTPFC: How much time do you spend the game?

Respondent’s answer: I’m really often online, but to manage the club takes not more than five minutes a day.

VOLKER and the National Team 

OdePTPFC: Dude, your sports resume indicates that you’ve been coach of the German national team. What Season you led the destinies of the selection? What were the results of the campaign?

Respondent’s answer: I was NC of Germany in season 37/38 and I lost the qualification to the world cup. 

OdePTPFC: Tell us what the best memories that come to the memory of your step as coach.

Respondent’s answer: There are no good memories, it was a disaster for me. 

OdePTPFC: Was disappointing moments? If so, do you dare to comment on?

Respondent’s answer: Our goalkeepers were all too bad and I found no tactic for a long time that worked. 

OdePTPFC: When taking stock of your management team most figure what written in your journal?

Respondent’s answer: First find a working tactic and then you can make experiments and not the other way around.

espondent’s answer: I’m following some times. 

3. What is your favorite player in your club? (It current or historical)

Respondent’s answer: Nils Petersen (current), Rodolfo Esteban Cardoso (historical) 

4. Do you sympathize or keep a club in another country? Which?

Respondent’s answer: FC Liverpool, because I like Jürgen Klopp. 🙂 

5. A current player you sympathize or follow a foreign club.

Respondent’s answer: No one. 

6. In your opinion, what was or is the best player of all time?

Respondent’s answer: I don’t know. 

7. What coach consider relevant or model? (It current or historical)

Respondent’s answer: I don’t know, but I liked the work of Volker Finke in Freiburg. 

8. Did you play football or play? ¿Entertainment, amateur or professional?

Respondent’s answer: I’ve played in the youth and was I good striker. 🙂 

9. In that since the field you do?

Respondent’s answer: It was in the 90’s. 

10. Level of play reached? Does one of the bunch, well, competitive or talented?

Respondent’s answer: In one of the lowest leagues, because the other players in my team were too bad. 😉

VOLKER in the World TM

OdePTPFC: partner, the return was completed playtime your league in TM, and we cannot help wondering what is your opinion about the German league, organization, professionalism of the managers / coaches, players level of indigenous and other issues surrounding the local football TM?

Respondent’s answer: We have some good managers in TM Germany and more will become better in future. The league is not so strong, because we are a small country in TM, but we have 3-6 strong teams. The organization is good too and some big clubs from other countries have built up a team in Germany, so that the future will be very interesting.

OdePTPFC: We continue in Germany and talk about those rivals who always seek deal on disputed duels and fans are not content if not beat Do you expect some classic or derby?

Respondent’s answer: Yes, in the summit every match is hard and will be a coin flip at the moment. But we work on to be better than the rest. 🙂

OdePTPFC VOLKER Have you harvested friendships TM Germany and why not other countries of the community? Can you mention those friends that countries are from, what their clubs and leagues that are active?

Respondent’s answer: I’m in contact with some managers in Germany and with some of them I write a lot, but there are hundreds of kilometers between us, so we can’t meet us to drink a beer or something else. With managers of other countries I have no contact, because my English isn’t well enough.

OdePTPFC Tell me, and Argentine leagues you know what? Do you have an opinion? Do you follow any of the local teams? the BREISGAUBRASILIANER clubs do you have friends in Argentina?

Respondent’s answer: No, I know nothing about the Argentine leagues, the only thing I know is that Club Atletico Boca Juniors play there.

 OdePTPFC: There are many coaches TM starting a project from scratch and then not do well if they leave. In your opinion and your experience, to encourage trainers who are new to this game and why not for those who already have some time … do you dare to mention three major slogans on the strategies to be implemented to carry out a their teams and get great results?

Respondent’s answer: Do what you brings fun, think in long terms and have patience.

OdePTPFC: Good companion, until now the interview was all seriousness, jaja, do you dare to get a smile to our colleagues? What they are entertaining anecdote, witty, striking or all together have to do with TM you can tell the readers?

Respondent’s answer: Okay I try. 🙂 In season 31 we played the Cup Final as a second league team and have won it. We were so lucky, because we have won so much in that season and that was the biggest thing that could happen. But after the match, there was shown a return match in the clubhouse and I was confused. Was it a change of the owner, or a bug or whatever? Our first big local trophy and we didn’t know what was going on. In the end it was a bug and all was fine, but we aging a few years because of that. 🙂

OdePTPFC: To go closing the interview, personally has something changed in the VOLKER the beginning, when he began his coaching career at VOLKER today?

Respondent’s answer: I earned a lot of experience in the game and know what is important. So I developed my manager skills more and more and I’ll become better and better. 😉

OdePTPFC: Friend VOLKER would not steal more time, nor abuse your generosity, so tell us, is there any other topic you would like us to talk? Anything else you want to tell it has not already said?

A coach is a bit concatenation of the following: an individual who feel a great enthusiasm for football, which feel the need to lead a squad of players to achieve certain objectives, they feel that accommodates captain and motivate those players who have to be in constant recycling and learning.

The TM football has evolved a lot and be well prepared and know the latest trends, working methods are fundamental. In addition the same train experience it constantly learn and improve the way of doing things.
