Más de cinco mil años de historia discurren por Israel, también conocida como la Tierra Santa. Todas las religiones y prácticas religiosas están aceptadas y permitidas en Israel que se encuentra en la agenda de peregrinos y turistas que visitan las numerosas sinagogas, mezquitas, iglesias y templos allí levantados.

Presenta amplios boulevares, un delicado equilibrio entre los hoteles cinco estrellas que se alzan frente a la playa, los rascacielos modernos y los edificios de arquitectura Bauhaus.

Pero hablando de fútbol profesional de Israel ¿que tenemos?
Hoy en Israel la Asociación de Fútbol de Israel organiza el fútbol en 6 divisiones para adultos, 9 de los jóvenes y otro para mujeres. Alrededor de 320 clubes y existen más de 950 equipos en diferentes categorías.
En conjunto, un total de 35.500 jugadores están registrados en la AFI.
En 1970, el equipo nacional de Israel consiguió su logro más elevado y se clasificó a la Copa del mundo en México.
Desde 1991, Israel juega regularmente en el continente europeo, y en 1994 Israel se convirtió en un miembro de pleno derecho de la UEFA.
El club que más títulos de campeón de primera división obtuvo a lo largo de la historia, es el Maccabi Tel Aviv con 21 coronas y lo escolta el Hapoel Tel Aviv con 14.

TDVUR, el Manager
OdePTPFC: Colega, cualquiera sea la modalidad ¿tienes antecedentes de haber participado en otros juegos de fútbol virtual?, en caso afirmativo ¿cuáles en cuales incursionaste?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Pues bien, he jugado en muchos otros juegos. El más famoso fue «Tiro Libre» (este juego era cerrado) y «Hattrick». En Hattrick mi mejor logro fue el campeonato de la segunda división. También juego en Charazay (partido de baloncesto) y he conseguido más de 30 títulos nacionales.
OdePTPFC: ¿Cómo fue tu desembarco en Trophy Manager?, ¿lo encontraste por casualidad, fuiste invitado? o ¿quién tuvo la culpa, jeje?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Alguien en Tiro Libre» anunció el juego, así que decidí entrar a este juego de azar.
OdePTPFC: Y dinos ¿cuál fue tu opinión sobre TM cuando lo descubriste? y ¿qué fue lo que te llevó a tomar la decisión de unirte como manager al universo TM?
Respuesta del entrevistado: La visual del juego era agradable. En Hattrick y otros juegos la inversión se basó ó más en el núcleo del juego (motor de partidos), esa fue la causa por la que yo continúe en Trophy Manager desde un principio.
OdePTPFC: Dicen que las comparaciones son odiosas pero teniendo en cuenta tus experiencias en otros juegos de fútbol virtual ¿cuál es tu valoración comparativa entre TM y ‘los otros’?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Bueno, no me gusta mucho del juego eso de pagar para ganar los partidos. Sin Dias Pro no tiene buena encuesta de juventud y no se puede dar rutina a los jugadores. También los errores (bugs) que no se fija en el juego. A causa de error no pude jugar la última temporada (temporada 45) en la Copa UETA.
OdePTPFC: Leyendo tu historial, veo que falta poco para que cumplas DIEZ años desde la fundación del club en TM. Después de tanto tiempo aún continúas en juego ¿te has aburrido alguna vez y has pensado en dejarlo? ¿qué es lo que te anima a seguir con esa pasión?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Pensé en el pasado dejar de jugar y casi lo hice. No me gusta que el juego comenzará a ser pago para ganar y si no hubiera invertido algunos años en mi equipo, yo estaba seguro que dejaba de jugar.
OdePTPFC: ¿Tienes algún DT o Club de TM en cualquier categoría ISRAELI o internacional que admires o con quien te sientas identificado? ¿Y en el fútbol no virtual?
Respuesta del entrevistado: no. En el pasado yo fui de Maccabi Tel Aviv, pero pasaron muchos años desde la última vez que vi un partido de fútbol.
OdePTPFC: Hablamos de quien admiras en tu puesto, con quienes te sientes identificado… pero, en algún momento viste algo en otro/s entrenador/es, sin dar nombres, que no te guste y pienses…»yo nunca haría esto»?
Respuesta del entrevistado: No me gusta que el manager escriba acerca que sus jugadores que todavía están floreciendo cuando se ponen al jugador en la lista de transferencia y cuando el jugador la lista de transferencia se realizó su último entrenamiento.

OdePTPFC: TDVUR, ya sabemos un poco más sobre tu historial de manager, ahora vamos a ver tu club… y para empezar cuéntanos el significado o él porque bautizaste así al WALLAS.
Respuesta del entrevistado: El nombre de Wallas lo tomo del ex jugador de la NBA Ben Wallace que fue el jugador defensivo del año y ganó el campeonato con Detroit Pistons.
OdePTPFC: No hay que ser un experto para entender que el WALLAS ha cumplido metas que todo manager se moriría por conseguir. En las vitrinas de la sede social exhiben los envidiables trofeos producto de: 4 veces campeón de la Ligat HaAl; 4 veces subcampeón de la Ligat HaAl; 5 veces tercerp de la Ligat HaAl; 3 veces campeón de Copa; 3 veces finalista de Copa y 1 vez campeón de la Liga Leumit. Ahora ¿que competición te gustaría ganar y todavía no has levantado su copa?
Respuesta del entrevistado: primero quiero empezar por ganar unos cuantos trofeos en Israel y será agradable para ganar la UETA Champions Cup o Copa UETA en el futuro.
OdePTPFC: Hemos enumerado los mayores logros que te dieron satisfacción en el juego, y ahora una pregunta obligada ¿tuviste fracasos y decepciones en el marco de los certámenes en que participó el WALLAS?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Sí, y no hay necesidad de ir tanto hacia atrás. La temporada pasada me esperaba ganar el campeonato y tal vez también la copa. Estaba casi toda la temporada en el primer lugar (algo así como 25 de las 34 rondas) y lo perdí. No gano ni siquiera uno de los últimos cuatro partidos cuando dos de mis oponentes era buena y sin buen GK. También jugué contra el que ganó el campeonato y dispararon 11 tiros a su objetivo y le disparó a 6 y así no gané.
OdePTPFC: ¿Deportivamente en esta Temporada cómo marcha el WALLAS y hasta dónde puede llegar?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Espero ganar el campeonato y la copa. Esta temporada comencéa muy bien, pero todavía hay una gran cantidad de partidos.

OdePTPFC: ¿Cómo definirías tu equipo? 2 o 3 figurones descollantes y el resto del plantel término medio o un buen equipo balanceado sin jugadores tan cracks?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Hay 3 jugadores que forman el núcleo del equipo (Amin, Youde y la estrella Radnic que me costó 1,7 bil y él es uno de los mejores jugadores juveniles en el juego). Tengo todavía más de 6 bil, así que tal vez voy a comprar otra estrella.
OdePTPFC: Para mejorar tu plantel ¿prefieres fichajes de jugadores de otros clubes o cultivar/cosechar canteranos o alguna otra variante?
Respuesta del entrevistado: No tuve Dias Pro hasta algo así como 4ª temporada, por lo que el jugador de la cantera no era lo suficientemente bueno. Decido comprar algunas estrellas extranjeras (los 3 anteriores y Zigic que vendí últimamente). En este momento no tengo ningún jugador de cosecha propia en el once titular. Tengo la esperanza de que esto va a cambiar. Saqué algunos jugadores que esperaba que estarán en la línea en el futuro.
OdePTPFC: ¿Tienes un modelo y sistemas de juego determinado y preferido? En tu opinión ¿qué formaciones te resultan eficientes?
Respuesta del entrevistado: El GK y el FC son los más importantes, por lo que poner mi dinero allí. Tenía la esperanza de mejorar un poco las otras posiciones. Tengo sólo 4 jugadores extranjeros, así que hay lugar para otra estrella extranjera.
OdePTPFC: Al momento de preparar al WALLAS en la previa de una jornada de liga ¿que importancia le das al rival?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Compruebo si tiene jugadores suspendidos o lesionados.
OdePTPFC: ¿Estudias y planteas una contra táctica a cada rival? o ¿te mantienes firme con tus tácticas favoritas dependiendo de los jugadores que tengas disponibles en la previa?

OdePTPFC: Compañero, se terminó el recreíto volvemos a tu liga en TM, y no podemos dejar de preguntarte ¿qué opinión tienes en cuanto a la liga de ISRAEL , su organización, profesionalidad de los managers/entrenadores, nivel de jugadores autóctonos y demás aspectos que rodean el fútbol local en TM?
Respuesta del entrevistado: En este momento hay 5 equipos que son los más fuertes de Israel. Mi Wallas y Narkis con las estrellas más jóvenes. Makabi karabanga y el Manchester United con equipos veteranos y Svechnic F.C. en el medio de la edad de los jugadores. También hay algunos equipos con futuro prometedor como Blau-Grana y el Maccabi Tiberíades.
OdePTPFC: Seguimos en ISRAEL y hablemos de rivales de esos que siempre se buscar enfrentar en disputados duelos y que los aficionados no se contentan si no con vencerlos ¿cuentas con algún clásico o derbi?
Respuesta del entrevistado: FDI que en este momento en la segunda liga.
OdePTPFC: Dime, y de las ligas argentinas ¿qué conoces? ¿tienes alguna opinión? ¿sigues a alguno de los equipos locales? el WALLAS ¿cuenta con clubes amigos en Argentina?
Respuesta del entrevistado: No sé demasiado acerca de Argentina. Algo por la búsqueda de jugadores que de vez en cuando he comprobado sus equipos.
OdePTPFC: Hay muchos entrenadores en TM que comienzan un proyecto desde cero y luego si no obtienen buenos resultados se van. En tu opinión y por tu experiencia, para alentar a los entrenadores que se inician en este juego y porque no para aquellos que ya tienen algún tiempo… ¿te animas a mencionar tres consignas importantes en las estrategias que deben implementar para llevar adelante a sus equipos y conseguir grandes resultados?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Creo que los nuevos managers no deben comprar jugadores en el inicio si no saben lo que hacen. La segunda cosa es la paciencia. Puede saltar rápidamente al alto nivel en este juego. La tercera cosa es que todo el juego de manager está ahí juegos económicos básicos. La clave para el progreso en este juego es no cometer errores en el lado económico.
OdePTPFC: Para ir cerrando la entrevista, en lo personal ¿ha cambiado en algo el TDVUR del principio, cuando comenzó su carrera como entrenador, al TDVUR de hoy en día?
Respuesta del entrevistado: No necesito luchar con King Crimson con los talentos israelíes 🙂
OdePTPFC: Estimado TDVUR no quisiera robarte más tiempo libre, ni tampoco abusar de tu generosidad, así que dinos, ¿hay algún otro tema del que te gustaría que hablásemos? ¿algo más que quieras contarnos que no se haya dicho ya?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Sí. Respondo acerca de las preguntas ya que pasaron algunas semanas. Las cosas cambiaron un poco. Vendí Radnic el 2,2 bil por lo que ahora tengo que cambiar de estrategia. Después del primer vendí por más de 8 bil, así que es hora de encontrar algunas estrellas jóvenes.

OdePTPFC: They say comparisons are odious but considering your experiences in other games virtual football what is your comparative evaluation between TM and ‘others’?
Respondent’s answer: Well, I very don’t like that game go be pay for win match. Without pro days you don’t have good youth poll and you can’t give routine to your players. Also bugs not fixing in the game. Because of bug I don’t played last season (season 45) in the UETA Cup.

Respondent’s answer: no. In the past I was fan of Maccabi Tel Aviv, but years past from the last time that I watched football game.

Respondent’s answer: Right now there is 5 teams that are the strongest in Israel. Me and Narkis with younger stars. makabi karabanga and Manchester United that with old team and Svechnic F.C. that he something in the middle in the age of the players. Also there Is some teams with promising future like Blau-Grana and Maccabi Tiberias.

Respondent’s answer: IDF that right now in the second league.

Respondent’s answer: Not know too much about Argentina. I looking for players that in NT so from time to time I check yours squad.

Respondent’s answer: I think that new users shouldn’t buy player in the start if they not knowing what they do. The second thing is patience. You can jump fast to the high level in this game. The third thing is that all the manager game are in there basis economic games. The key to progress in this game is to not make mistakes in the economical side.
