OdePTPFC: Colega, cualquiera sea la modalidad ¿tienes antecedentes de haber participado en otros juegos de fútbol virtual?, en caso afirmativo ¿cuáles en cuales incursionaste?
Respuesta del entrevistado: No. Yo no tengo una historia con otros juegos, TM es el primer juego de este tipo que participo y el único.
OdePTPFC: ¿Cómo fue tu desembarco en Trophy Manager?, ¿lo encontraste por casualidad, fuiste invitado? o ¿quién tuvo la culpa, jeje :)?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Tengo un amigo que jugaba TM y él es la persona por la que actualmente juego TM. El insistió mucho para que juegue MT y sólo puedo agradecerle por ello.
OdePTPFC: Y dinos ¿cuál fue tu opinión sobre TM cuando lo descubriste? y ¿qué fue lo que te llevó a tomar la decisión de unirte como manager al universo TM?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Al principio no me parecía muy interesante, pero después de dos días me di cuenta de que me gusta mucho y pronto me enamoré!
OdePTPFC: Dicen que las comparaciones son odiosas pero teniendo en cuenta tus experiencias en otros juegos de fútbol virtual ¿cuál es tu valoración comparativa entre TM y ‘los otros’?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Incluso yo que no experimente con otros juegos de fútbol virtuales, no creo que haya uno que se compare con TM.
OdePTPFC: Leyendo tu historial, veo que falta poco para que cumplas SEIS años desde la fundación del club en TM. Después de tanto tiempo aún continúas en juego ¿te has aburrido alguna vez y has pensado en dejarlo? ¿qué es lo que te anima a seguir con esa pasión?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Hasta ahora, no hay manera de aburrirse y nunca pensé dejar de jugar. Me encanta TM! Además, soy muy competitivo por naturaleza y quiero ganar todos los trofeos posibles.
OdePTPFC: ¿Cuáles son los pros y las contras de ser entrenador de fútbol en TM?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Pros:
– TM es un juego muy complejo en el que sólo las capacidades de gestión son importantes, no el dinero (dinero real) o alguna otra cosa.
– Es un juego difícil con muy buenos competidores, pero ya que es más difícil cuanto más me gusta.
– Se puede conocer a un montón de grandes personas, una comunidad activa con muchos personajes interesantes.
Contras :
– El número de usuarios está disminuyendo debido al hecho de que ya no se anuncia juego.
OdePTPFC: ¿Tienes algún DT o Club de TM en cualquier categoría RUMANIA o internacional que admires o con quien te sientas identificado? ¿Y en el fútbol no virtual?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Hay muchos clubes importantes de TM, en Rumania. No puedo nombrar a nadie en concreto, sino que tratamos de aprender lo mejor de todo el mundo.
OdePTPFC: Hablamos de quien admiras en tu puesto, con quienes te sientes identificado… pero, en algún momento viste algo en otro/s entrenador/es, sin dar nombres, que no te guste y pienses…»yo nunca haría esto»?
Respuesta del entrevistado: No lo sé. Pero seguro, que nunca iba a tratar de hacer trampa. Creo que el juego justo y el respeto siempre debe tener prioridad.

FC DINAMO PLENITA, el Club
OdePTPFC: DANIEL, ya sabemos un poco más sobre tu historial de manager, ahora vamos a ver tu club… y para empezar cuéntanos el significado o él porque bautizaste así al FC DINAMO PLENITA.
Respuesta del entrevistado: El nombre de mi club viene de mi equipo favorito que es el Dinamo (por el FC Dinamo Bucarest) y Plenita es mi lugar de nacimiento y en el que me crie.
OdePTPFC: No hay que ser un experto para entender que el FC DINAMO PLENITA ha cumplido metas que todo manager se moriría por conseguir. En las vitrinas de la sede social exhiben los envidiables trofeos. Ahora ¿que competición te gustaría ganar y todavía no has levantado su copa?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Sí, gane algunos trofeos en últimas temporadas y, probablemente, otros seguirán, pero mi objetivo principal es un trofeo internacional. Quiero ganar la Copa de Campeones UETA! Este es mi sueño ahora. Quiero ser primer rumano que consigue este trofeo.
OdePTPFC: Hemos enumerado los mayores logros que te dieron satisfacción en el juego, y ahora una pregunta obligada ¿tuviste fracasos y decepciones en el marco de los certámenes en que participó el FC DINAMO PLENITA?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Por supuesto que hubo momentos no tan buenos, a veces se gana, otras veces se pierde. Creo que uno de los fracasos más tristes fue en la temporada 45, cuando fui eliminado de las semifinales de la Copa UETA. Además, en las temporadas 43 y 44 he terminado segundo lugar en la primera liga rumana y esto estaba decepcionado porque mi objetivo es siempre el 1er lugar!
OdePTPFC: ¿Deportivamente en esta Temporada cómo marcha el FC DINAMO PLENITA y hasta dónde puede llegar?
Respuesta del entrevistado: En las competiciones nacionales, tengo una gran temporada con 20 victorias y 1 derrota en 21 partidos en la Liga 1. Creo que no puedo perder el título. Pero en las competiciones internacionales, no me fue muy bien y me quedé fuera de la fase de grupos.
OdePTPFC: ¿Institucional cómo viene el FC DINAMO PLENITA y hacia dónde va?
Respuesta del entrevistado: No sé de dónde viene, pero espero ir por el mejor rendimiento!

OdePTPFC: ¿Cómo definirías tu equipo? 2 o 3 figurones descollantes y el resto del plantel término medio o un buen equipo balanceado sin jugadores tan cracks?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Mi equipo es casi como quería. He invertido más de 9 mil millones para mi primer 11 y todos son jugadores importantes para mí y que fueron elegidos con gran cuidado.
OdePTPFC: Para mejorar tu plantel ¿prefieres fichajes de jugadores de otros clubes o cultivar/cosechar canteranos o alguna otra variante?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Como he dicho anteriormente, compro jugadores de otros clubes para mejorar mi equipo. Estoy satisfecho de mi academia y de los jugadores que recibo, pero no son lo suficientemente buenos para jugar en el primer equipo.
OdePTPFC: ¿Tienes un modelo y sistemas de juego determinado y preferido? En tu opinión ¿qué formaciones te resultan eficientes?
Respuesta del entrevistado: No, no tengo un sistema favorito. Yo juego con mi mejor equipo y elijo la táctica dependiendo del rival.
OdePTPFC: Al momento de preparar al FC DINAMO PLENITA en la previa de una jornada de liga ¿que importancia le das al rival?
Respuesta del entrevistado: ¡Muy grande! El análisis del rival que es muy importante para mí. Necesitamos atención a todos los detalles para elegir la táctica correcta en cada juego.
OdePTPFC: ¿Estudias y planteas una contra táctica a cada rival? o ¿te mantienes firme con tus tácticas favoritas dependiendo de los jugadores que tengas disponibles en la previa?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Yo estudio a todos los oponentes y modifico mi táctica si creo que esto me va a ayudar a ganar el partido.
OdePTPFC: ¿Cuánto tiempo le dedicas al juego?
Respuesta del entrevistado: ¡Mucho! Por lo menos 2 a 3 horas cada día.

DANIEL, en la Selección
OdePTPFC: Colega, tu curriculum deportivo indica que has sido director técnico de la selección nacional de RUMANIA . ¿En qué Temporada condujiste los destinos de la selección? ¿Cuáles fueron los resultados de la campaña?
Respuesta del entrevistado Sí, actualmente estoy en el segundo mandato. Se puede hablar del primero (T45 – T46) y me fue bastante bien. He clasificado a Rumania en la Copa Mundial después de 12 temporadas y salí de la Ronda de 16… creo que podría haber ido más lejos.
OdePTPFC: Cuéntanos un poco cuales son los mejores recuerdos que te vienen a la memoria de tu paso como seleccionador.

Respuesta del entrevistado: Estaba decepcionado cuando Rumania fue eliminado de la Copa Mundial en la Ronda de 16. Un partido feo contra Moldavia (perdió con 2 a 1) que no quiero recordar.
OdePTPFC: A la hora de hacer un balance de tu gestión en la selección mayor ¿que figura escrito en tu bitácora?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Si se refiere a un jugador, que mi FC Patrascu tiene una contribución sólida en mi primer mandato en el NT.

Respuesta del entrevistado: Desde otro país simpatizo con el AC Milán (Italia). Además, me gusta el Liverpool (Inglaterra) y sus fans, tengo confianza en Klopp, que es uno de los mejores entrenadores de Europa.

Soy un fan de los métodos de entrenamiento y los resultados de Diego Simeone en el Atlético de Madrid, aunque su juego de equipo no es el más agradable.

Respuesta del entrevistado: Sí, he jugado y todavía juego. Puedo jugar y para el entretenimiento, pero ya un nivel más alto en las ligas menores en Rumania

OdePTPFC: Compañero, se terminó el recreíto volvemos a tu liga en TM, y no podemos dejar de preguntarte ¿qué opinión tienes en cuanto a la liga de RUMANIA , su organización, profesionalidad de los managers/entrenadores, nivel de jugadores autóctonos y demás aspectos que rodean el fútbol local en TM?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Rumania es uno de los países más poderosos de Europa en TM y tiene una de las ligas más fuertes. Tenemos un montón de muy buenos gestores con un alto nivel en el profesionalismo y en todos los niveles. Nuestra competencia interna es muy fuerte. Además, tenemos una base muy buena y grandes de jugadores, no podemos quejarnos.
OdePTPFC: Seguimos en RUMANIA y hablemos de rivales de esos que siempre se buscar enfrentar en disputados duelos y que los aficionados no se contentan si no con vencerlos ¿cuentas con algún clásico o derbi?
Respuesta del entrevistado: En TM es difícil decir de un partido: «que es un derbi clásico», porque se necesitan años para crear rivales. Siempre son los equipos que luchan por un mismo objetivo. Todos los partidos deben ser tratados con la máxima seriedad porque todos son importantes. No sé si nombro a algún equipo: se trata de un rival.
OdePTPFC: DANIEL ¿Has cosechado amistades en TM de RUMANIA y por qué no de otros países de la comunidad? ¿Puedes mencionar a esos amigos, de que países son oriundos, cuáles son sus clubes y en que ligas militan?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Sí. Me encontré con un montón de buenas personas aquí. Puedo mencionar en Luca (Vidra Football Club) un gran director de nuestro país con el que hablo todos los días.
OdePTPFC: Dime, y de las ligas argentinas ¿qué conoces? ¿tienes alguna opinión? ¿sigues a alguno de los equipos locales? el FC DINAMO PLENITA ¿cuenta con clubes amigos en Argentina?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Sinceramente, no sé mucho acerca de las ligas de Argentina en TM y sus equipos locales. No tengo amigos allí.
OdePTPFC: Hay muchos entrenadores en TM que comienzan un proyecto desde cero y luego si no obtienen buenos resultados se van. En tu opinión y por tu experiencia, para alentar a los entrenadores que se inician en este juego y porque no para aquellos que ya tienen algún tiempo… ¿te animas a mencionar TRES consignas importantes en las estrategias que deben implementar para llevar adelante a sus equipos y conseguir grandes resultados?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Muchos de estos entrenadores fallan porque no leen el manual o quiere hacer alto desempeño en poco tiempo, comprar jugadores de edad, sin tener una estrategia saludable.
Para unos buenos resultados un principiante debe:
– Leer el manual y entrar foro internacional si es necesario
– Una estrategia a largo plazo, antes de invertir en el primer equipo, tienen que tener la base de conocimientos acerca de TM, jugadores y tácticas.
– La paciencia, la pasión y el tiempo. Estos son muy importantes para todos y sin ellos es difícil tener éxito en ese juego.
OdePTPFC: Bueno compañero, hasta ahora la entrevista ha sido todo seriedad, jeje, ¿te animas a sacarle una sonrisa a nuestros colegas? ¿que anécdota que sean entretenida, graciosa, llamativa o todo junto que tenga que ver con TM que puedas contarle a los lectores?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Ohhh… no tengo nada original en el momento. Vamos a tratar de una broma:
– ¿Cuál es la palabra más larga en el idioma Inglés?
– Es la palabra «sonrisas», porque hay una milla entre la primera letra y la última!
OdePTPFC: Para ir cerrando la entrevista, en lo personal ¿ha cambiado en algo el DANIEL del principio, cuando comenzó su carrera como entrenador, al DANIEL de hoy en día?
Respuesta del entrevistado: Seguramente. Pasé casi 6 años y creo que aprendo un montón de cosas, me encontré con muchas personas aquí, y hoy definitivamente estoy mucho maduro.
OdePTPFC: Estimado DANIEL no quisiera robarte más tiempo libre, ni tampoco abusar de tu generosidad, así que dinos, ¿hay algún otro tema del que te gustaría que hablásemos? ¿algo más que quieras contarnos que no se haya dicho ya?

Al conversar con Daniel notamos su entusiasmo y pasión por jugar en el fútbol de Trophy Manager… la misma que profesa por su terruño, cuando nos cuenta: “- Yo vivo en Plenita, esto es como un pueblo donde la vida es muy hermosa. Este está situado en el suroeste de Rumania, en Oltenia, donde la gente es como un «hot chili».
Es un entrenador con un perfil muy bien definido: su equipo debe saber en cada situación de partido como debe comportarse, qué debe hacer… tener claridad y argumentos tanto a nivel defensivo como ofensivo para afrontar los muchos obstáculos de los partidos.
Con esta lucidez y tino, continua: –“Acerca de Rumania lo que podría decir… este es uno de los más bellos países de Europa, pero por desgracia las cosas por ahora no funcionan muy bien. Tenemos una gran cantidad de recursos, así también somos un pueblo inteligente, pero toda la gente que se encontraba en su gobierno no hace todo por el bien del países, sino por su propio bien (historia antigua)”.

Respondent’s answer: Very big! Analysis of the opponent it’s very important for me. We need attention to all details for choose the correct tactic at every game.
OdePTPFC: Do you study and planteas tactics against each opponent? Or do you stand firm with your favorite tactics depending on the players you have available in the previous?
Respondent’s answer: I study all opponents and I modify my tactics if think this will help me to win the match.
OdePTPFC: How much time do you spend the game?
Respondent’s answer: A lot! At least 2-3 hours every day.

OdePTPFC: Dude, your sports resume indicates that you’ve been coach of the RUMANIAN national team. What Season you led the destinies of the selection? What were the results of the campaign?
Respondent’s answer: Yes, currently I’m at second mandate.
Can talk about first (45-46) and her was pretty good. I qualified Romania at World Cup after 12 seasons and got out from Round of 16…I think could be more.

Respondent’s answer: I was disappointed when Romania was eliminated of World Cup in Round of 16. A ugly match against Moldova (lost with 2-1) that I don’t want to remember.

Respondent’s answer: If you refer at a player, think my FC Patrascu has a solid contribution in my first mandate at NT.

Respondent’s answer: From other country sympathize AC Milan( Italy). Also, I like Liverpool (England) and their fans, I have trust in Klopp who is one of the best coaches of Europe.
- A current player you sympathize or follow a foreign club.
Respondent’s answer: Antoine Griezmann.
- In your opinion, what was or is the best player of all time?
Respondent’s answer: Ronaldinho , no doubt!
- What coach consider relevant or model? (It current or historical)
Respondent’s answer: Jürgen Klopp , I like his style very much.
I’m a fan of training methods and results of Diego Simeone at Atletico Madrid, even if his team game is not the most pleasant.

Respondent’s answer: Romania is one of the most powerful countries in Europe in TM and has one of the strongest leagues. We have a lot of very good managers with a high level at professionalism and at all abilities. Our internal competition is very strong . Also, we have a very well and great base of players , we cann’t complain.
OdePTPFC: We continue in RUMANIA and talk about those rivals who always seek deal on disputed duels and fans are not content if not beat Do you expect some classic or derby?
Respondent’s answer: In TM it’s hard to say of a match: «that it’s a classic derby» , because need years to create rivals. Always are teams who fight for same objective. All matches must to be treated with maximum seriosity because all are important. Don’t know if I name some team : this is a rival.
OdePTPFC DANIEL Have you harvested friendships TM RUMANIA and why not other countries of the community? Can you mention those friends that countries are from, what their clubs and leagues that are active?
Respondent’s answer: Yes. I met a lot of nice peoples here. I can mention on Luca ( Vidra Fotbal Club) a great manager of our country with I talk every day.
OdePTPFC Tell me, and Argentine leagues you know what? Do you have an opinion? Do you follow any of the local teams? the FC DINAMO PLENITA clubs do you have friends in Argentina?
Respondent’s answer: Sincerely, don’t know very much about Argentina leagues in TM and his local teams. I don’t have friends there .
OdePTPFC: There are many coaches TM starting a project from scratch and then not do well if they leave. In your opinion and your experience, to encourage trainers who are new to this game and why not for those who already have some time … do you dare to mention three major slogans on the strategies to be implemented to carry out a their teams and get great results?
Respondent’s answer: Many of these coaches fails because they don’t read the manual or want to do performance in short time, buy old players, without have a healthy strategy.
For a good results a beginner must to :
– read the manual and international forum if he need
– a long-term strategy, before invested in first team, they need to have base of knowledge about TM, players and tactics.
– patience , passion and time. These are very important for everyone and without them it’s difficult to succeed in that game.
